Q. I was the second person in line at the Honda Center box office when a concert when on sale, but my tickets ended up being on the Terrace Level. How can this happen?
A. When an event goes on sale to the public, everyone has an equal chance to buy good seats by whichever means they choose; in person at the box office, at a Ticketmaster outlet, by phone, or online at www.ticketmaster.com. All tickets come from the pool of tickets in the computer. Once the event is on sale, the only way to check the availability online is through the Ticketmaster web site.

Q. I purchased tickets through Ticketmaster with my credit card and had the tickets placed in Will Call. I will not be attending the event and would like someone else to pick up the tickets. How do I do this?
A. In order for someone else to pick up your tickets from Will Call, you will need to follow these steps:
    Call Ticketmaster at (714) 740-2000 or (213) 480-3232

    Ask to speak with a supervisor and explain that you need the name on your tickets for Will Call changed. Please have the credit card that you used to purchase the tickets, with you when you call Ticketmaster.

    -OR-

    Make a photocopy of your photo identification (Ex. Drivers License)

    Make a photocopy of the credit card you used to purchase the tickets.

    Write a letter stating that you give your friend, child, or co-worker permission, to pick up your tickets out of Will Call. Note - You must include your name, first and last, the name of the person picking up the tickets, first and last, the name and date of the event. Sign the note and print your name, first and last, along with the name of the credit card, the number of the credit card and the expiration of the credit card with which you purchased the tickets through Ticketmaster.

    Give the photocopy of your photo ID, the photocopy of the credit card and the letter, to the person that will be picking up the tickets. The person must present both items as well as their own photo identification at the Will Call window when they pick up the ticket

Q. Can you tell me about the Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Club?
Jack Daniel's Old No.7 Club is a private restaurant and bar located on the exclusive Club Level. This establishment is available to Club & Suite Holders along with Ducks Glass Seat Holders only. If you are interested in making a reservation please email the restaurant manager at JDClub@hondacenter.com.

Q. Can I bring my coffee into the Honda Center?
A. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the building during an event.

Q. When does the Honda Center parking lot open for events?
A. Our main gate (Gate 3, North side of the building) is usually open three hours prior to the doors of the arena opening. For most events, all parking gates will be open one hour prior to the doors of the arena opening. The main gate (Gate 3, North side of the building) is always open to box office and Ducks Team Store guests.

Q. When do the doors of the arena open?
A. For most events, the doors of the arena will open one hour prior to the start time of an event.

Q. How many people do we need in our group to qualify for the group discount?
A. Group sizes vary depending on each event, but it is usually 15 or more.

Q. What age does a child need to be, to be admitted free?
A. Children under two are admitted free.

Q. What is the deadline for ordering group tickets?
A. All group tickets must be ordered no later than 10 days before the event.

Q. How will we receive our group tickets after we order them?
A. All group tickets will be mailed to you.

Q. How do we pay for our group ticket order?
A. Group orders can be paid for with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, check or money order. Cash is never accepted.

Q. Do you offer box lunches?
A. Box lunches are available upon request - your box lunch order can be placed at the time you order your group tickets.

Q. Can I email in my group order?

Q. How do I get information on group tickets for the Anaheim Ducks?
A. Group sales for Anaheim Ducks can be placed by calling (714) 940-2900

Q. What if I don't have enough to make a group? How can I still order tickets?
A. All non-group tickets (15 or less) can be purchased through the Honda Center box office or by calling Ticketmaster at (714) 740-2000
